WebCollect Connection Methods

There are four distrinct ways that you can connect to the WebCollect payment platform for online payment processing. No matter what you need, one of these is guaranteed to fit:

	MerchantLink Connection API This WebCollect connection method is designed for merchants who prefer to use their own online shop with their own payment pages. The merchant collects and stores their customers’ payment details. This API consists of a single XML interface to WebCollect, which opens the door for you to offer the wide range of GlobalCollect payment methods.
	CustomerLink Connection API The CustomerLink WebCollect connection method was designed for merchants who want “ready to use” payment pages for their online shop. CustomerLink is fully hosted by GlobalCollect, easy to implement, and the payment pages are entirely customized to the look and feel of your website. The hosted payment pages provide payment instructions in 12 different languages, increasing your customers' comfort and trust.
	Call Center Application Connection This connection is also known as a Virtual Terminal. Every Call Center terminal will have real-time access to our WebCollect payment server, offering credit card and direct debit payment methods with a minimum number of keystrokes.  Merchants can log on with their own merchant-id, username, and password. Additional security checks are performed to confirm configured data. The virtual terminal determines credit card type and creates a unique order-id accordingly. The Merchant can optionally add their own payment reference number.
	BatchCollect Connection GlobalCollect also allows an offline connection to the WebCollect payment platform. The BatchCollect connection enables low-cost payment processing that has been particularly adapted for large volumes. Features include invoice, card, check, direct debit, and refund batch processing.
