GlobalCollect is a Payment Service Provider who collects, processes, and reports payments on behalf of internet, direct mail, and catalog companies.
You should contact the retailer directly if you an have a concern with:
- Delivery status
- Cancellations
- Receipts, confirmation emails, payments
- The quality and quantity of the goods you have received
- Purchased product or service
You can find the retailer or online store contact details on their website or your purchase receipt.

Please note that the payment status check can only be performed on transactions that have been processed within the past 3 months. For older transactions, please contact the shop directly where you placed the order.
